Although China's real silk exports rebounded strongly in October 2016, the annual export amount still fell by 6.69% compared with 2015, and it is expected that the export prospects of the international silk market in 2017 are still not optimistic.
In 2016, China's real silk garment exports showed a downward trend in volume and volume, the number and amount fell by 11.78% and 0.75% respectively, although the decline in the fourth quarter narrowed, but the previous decline was large, which became the main factor dragging down the industry-wide export decline.
In 2016, China's domestic exports of real silk products to the top 10 traditional main markets decreased and increased. Among them, the amount of exports to the United States, Italy, Pakistan, Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia has decreased to varying degrees; India, the United Kingdom, Nigeria and other countries and Hong Kong region has increased.
